We provide 45 days of free support for registered new users. Thereafter, users need to purchase EPS service for assistance.
EPS, an acronym for Extended Product Support, is a mandatory annual technical support fee (10% of the purchase price or $365 whichever is greater) that entitles user to the following services:
A. Free phone and modem support.
B. Free program update, upon request.
C. Onsite service charge: $50 dollars for
travel and $70/hour for a Senior rate
and $90/hour for a Senior plus rate.
D. Custom-made modification charge is $120/hour.
